  14. support questions for Hayes.  That address is: "support@os.hayes.com".

  16. By sending it to the "os" subdomain, your email will get routed directly to 
  17. the online services and support department and thus should get turned around 
  18. alot faster.

  21. Although it'll take a bit of time before all of our documentation and 
  22. literature are completely revised to reflect it.  The website should be
